Fallowed ground

Fallowed ground has become plentiful during the last 6 months.
Fields of the mind and soul left to “season” with no crops (aka changed goals) or harvest (outcomes).
These “rested” fields are highly prized.
Seeds planted have EVERYTHING there in the soil to guarantee successful growth and bountiful harvest!
Seeds of ANY variety take root easily; thus great care must be taken to “harrow” the field (turn over/get rid of the weeds) before plowing/planting of DESIRED crops/harvest!
Many of us are reinventing our work and lives in ways yet unimagined let alone incorporated into our successful future.
Distracting “seeds” fall on our fallowed ground every day and as any farmer will say…weeds win!
Carefully planted goals/outcomes can be overwhelmed by the WEEDS of emails/social media/internet/projects/research/family/friends/co-workers or any other TIME STEALER you can envision/experience.
Focus on the harvest and the more abundant changes in your life.
Abundant changes of good health, prosperity in life, fulfillment in relationships and satisfaction every day done well!
Perspective, real clarity of outcomes and true willingness to “choose” differently in any given situation are proven pathways in your journey!
Embrace these changes, include them daily as you spend the next 6 months harrowing, plowing, weeding, nurturing your desired outcomes to that bountiful harvest.
Just as farmers gather for a barn raising with every hand in earnest help, so should we as entrepreneurs, small business owners, friends, clients all start joining together to raise one another!
Be it a barn in brick-and-mortar or a barn of electrons we all grow through assisting in our communities
That means COMMUNICATIONS in our communities is the “electricity” that keeps these barn projects lit up late into the night where inspiration flows…smoothly uninterrupted bringing new solutions with every dawn.
Time to unplug the “me” lamp and turn on the floodlights of “them”; which leads to experience/learning/knowledge that equates to a better you.
Better you, better life…simple yet profoundly true.
Create-A-Great-Day my friends,
Tom

3 Common Myths that could cost you your Used Car Business

Every game has a set of rules, that if you ignore, can cost you a forfeiture, penalty, or getting banned from the game. Selling vehicles to the general public is no different. There are rules laid out on the National, State, and County & City levels in which your business operates. Having an unawareness of these rules never holds up in court.   The top things I see destroying dealerships are all related to financing. Just a reminder,   No OCCC Motor Vehicle Finance License = NO TAKING PAYMENTS.

Read the Label!

As consumers we have generations “trained” to read-the-label; especially the ingredients!
AS business owners – ever wonder what’s on YOUR label and how many ingredients are in your business?
Are those ingredients “healthy” for the consumer or over time, would your ingredients be considered carcinogenic?
Are you full of “artificial” fillers that take up space and bring no value?
What would you consider your “Label” and how easily can your clients find it?
On that label are your ingredients easy to locate and read?
Think about this in the days to come my friends, business HAS changed and customers are “comparing” labels as they shop to get the most “VALUE” their trust and money can get!
Labels can be good or bad either way we are a society that LOVES to label…remember that FACT as you move forward in the positive changes to come!
Create-A-Great-Day,
Tom Hampton
