My friends, I cannot speak for anyone other than myself; that being said hopefully this can help.
Bubbles!
Yes, I said bubbles…and what was the 1st thing YOU thought of?
Perhaps the soothing cascade of aeration provided by a hot tub Jacuzzi?
Perchance the deep soothing of a warm frothy tub full of mountainous peaks to make and remake at will?
Pray tell, could it be that bubbles elicit the slightest twitch of your inner 6-year olds lips – anxious to create yet another floating rainbow?
Bubbles are a simple joy in life we far too often deny ourselves for a variety of reasons; after all we are adults with responsibilities…no?
Bubbles, my friend are one of life’s great secrets as they symbolize prosperity, relaxation which leads to PEACE!
Bubbles can be had in secret, however be for-warned that public display of bubbling IS contagious {no mask mandate} and can reach giggle epidemic in minutes!
Bubbles can easily be concealed for emergency situations that require immediate action to be taken for the reversing “adult-itise” brain drain!
Bubbles do not require “Permission Slips”, however as a favor to us all:

Remember in the day-to-day world:
We willing at times offer ourselves to the grinding machine in attempts at more “prosperity”.
We willing work dubious amounts of hours under the banner of “job security”.
Well, by now you may have figured out my reply to the previous two statements…Bubbles!!!!!!
Get up from the desk, walk around the room, go outside, walk down the hall…take 5 minutes.
You DESERVE it, your spirit and grey matter could use an imagination break with…BUBBLES!

INFORMATION – VS – KNOWLEDGE
Information can easily be pulled across this planet via a few electrons. Information is instantaneous, plentiful, ceaseless and constantly changing.
Knowledge, on the other hand; is BASED on a person’s willingness to pursue the OPPORTUNITIES that can lead to the “truth” they seek.
Knowledge (which takes time), when taken in a natural or gradual way (ideas, attitudes, philosophies) will lead to the ACQUISITION of that person’s sought-after truths.
Those truths inspire LEARNING at the “soul” level – knowledge once rooted within you will be engaging/engrossing/nurturing.
Knowledge can assist with the ENDURING/SUSTAINING of certain hardships certain to accompany a person’s “changing” ways.
Knowledge, as it absorbs will start the ASSISTING, ASSUMING & BEARING of that person’s transformative “bumps” as their thoughts/actions change.
As knowledge become integral part of a person’s existent whole; knowledge quickly leads that person into new patterns of success/prosperity.
Information, on the other hand; merely “flutters” around us and then is off, only to be replaced by the latest…never ceasing stream of information, relevant or not!
I challenge YOU, my friends to “invest” in some knowledge and not just gather information!

It’s necessary to be able to give and receive love from other people.
The same compassion/affection you might show to another person, you must also show that same affection and love to yourself daily!
. Storge — Familiar Love
Storge can be defined as “familiar love” – like philia, except there is are stronger bonds, kinships, and familiarity between people.
Community thrives on Storge Love mixed with a “splash” of Philia Love, however without Philautia Love the entire process is mute!
Clear-as-mud?!
You gotta Love, forgive and accept yourselves daily, so that you can build up your Community with …
