“Love Notes”…the HEARTBEAT of Community
History teaches that there exist 8 types of “Love”.
We will briefly touch on utilizing 3 types of Love to help you, your family, your business AND your Community!
. Philia — Affectionate Love
The kind of love that you feel for your friends and between people who considered themselves equals.
. Philautia — Self-love
It’s necessary to be able to give and receive love from other people.
The same compassion/affection you might show to another person, you must also show that same affection and love to yourself daily!
. Storge — Familiar Love
Storge can be defined as “familiar love” – like philia, except there is are stronger bonds, kinships, and familiarity between people.
Community thrives on Storge Love mixed with a “splash” of Philia Love, however without Philautia Love the entire process is mute!
Clear-as-mud?!
You gotta Love, forgive and accept yourselves daily, so that you can build up your Community with …

A text, email, post or call to someone you do business with, work with, LIVE with…to let them know you appreciate them and are holding “positive space” for them & theirs!
A text, email, post or call to encourage your Community; helping them ease down the precarious roads of change we and they are all facing.
In these days of uncertainty, you have the chance through “LOVE NOTES” to help build your Community.

Success is very much like home gardening in the bearing of 3 aspects: Seed / Soil / Weather
What “seeds” we plant WILL determine not only the time of the harvest; the VALUE of the harvest as well!
“Soil” must be turned, cleared, fertilized, weeded, and in general be prepared to cultivate the seeds you will plant.
“Weather” is the true determinant factor for all crops!
Great soil planted with good seed WILL produce little if ANY harvest should “weather” be unfavorable.
“Seeds” or our thoughts / words determine the type AND time of our “harvest – success”.
“Soil” or our beliefs must be:
“turned” (challenged)
“cleared” (self doubt & ignorance removed) “fertilized” (self- education & acceptance combined with creativity)
“weeded” (encouraging & nurturing the plethora of personal changes).
Weather or those things OUTSIDE of our control and or influence; can be prepared for (at times) and can teach us the true nature of success.
Success starts at HOME!
The weather will be…we cannot change it!
However, IF we do not prepare our soil and select good seeds to plant; then no matter HOW favorable the weather – our harvest (success) will be small.
It starts when your eyes open every morning…with your 1st thoughts and beliefs (seeds & soil)!
You have the ability to choose, amend or change both your seeds (thoughts) and soil (beliefs).
Weather occurs OUTSIDE of our homes, inside is our domain!
Success starts at HOME then flows outward adapting to the weather as it grows.
My friends your success is within your realization now!
Start your journey to a successful harvest every day by YOUR thoughts, words and actions – those are inside your “home” and totally in your control!

Effective now – New requirements for TX GDN Applicants and New License Holders (Less than 10 Years): Dealer (one owner or operating manager) must complete a web-based education training course prior to submitting a new or renewal GDN application
